1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bricks website at joinbricks.app (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Bricks is a product of Maslo Homes, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Maslo Homes," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Bricks is a fintech platform designed to help renters invest a percentage of their rent toward a home downpayment. The Site currently provides information about our upcoming product and allows users to join a waitlist for early access.

Bricks is not a bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. When the Bricks app launches, investment services will be provided through a registered brokerage partner. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

3. Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from us about Bricks, including product updates and launch announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Waitlist position may be influenced by referrals. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Bricks app or any particular launch timeline. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.

4. Referral Program

Our referral program allows waitlist members to share a unique referral link. Each successful referral moves the referring user up in the waitlist. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including fake signups, spam, or automated submissions) may result in removal from the waitlist.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and join the waitlist. When the Bricks app launches, additional eligibility requirements may apply, including U.S. residency and identity verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site:including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of Maslo Homes, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or spam the Site
Abuse the referral program through fake or fraudulent signups

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The downpayment calculator and any projections shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. They assume hypothetical returns and do not guarantee future results. Actual investment performance may differ materially.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maslo Homes, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maslo Homes, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
